On Sunday the 7th March 2021, we'll be upgrading the Zimbra email sever "mailgate.clannet.co.uk" to the latest version to take advantage of new features and also to bring us up to date with the currently supported version, ensuring we continue to receive security updates.
Work will begin at 04:00, with no access to email while the upgrade takes place. The work should be completed by 14:00.
Following the upgrade, we'll be running Zimbra v9, the latest edition with many "under the hood" improvements. A new look theme will also be available, although you'll be able to keep using the old familiar theme to retain the same look and feel if you wish. The login page will look a little different though, as shown below:

All your existing email will be migrated as part of the upgrade, and any email sent while the work takes place will be delivered once the service becomes available again.
